Our History

Trillium Staffing was founded in Battle Creek, Michigan in 1984 by our founder and CEO Oskar Rene Poch. Over time our employment service portfolio has grown. What began as a commercial employment agency with one office and two employees has blossomed into six companies with fifty three locations across the nation. Over the last several years Trillium has developed into Trillium Traditional, Trillium Construction, Trillium Drivers, Trillium Technical, Perennial Contractors, and Trillium Environmental Services.
