Quality Assurance Manager.  We are looking for an experienced Quality Assurance Leader with a background in FDA regulated manufacturing.

Detailed Description

Quality Assurance Manager.  We are seeking a QA Professional who can oversee a Quality Assurance Staff in a manufacturing environment.  The Quality staff includes Safety Associates and Quality Assurance Assistants.  The QA Manager will schedule Safety Associates to lines trying to keep overtime to a minimum, make sure that vacations are covered, handle all reviews and discipline if needed, and review paperwork.  All training, for new or updated information, of these positions will be handled by the QA Manager.

Qualifications

Experience with HACCP, statistical control, and lot tracking.  Knowledge of Word/Excel programs, graphing.  Understanding of Federal GMP compliance.  Strong math skills
Strong leadership, communication and training skills.  A bachelor’s degree and/or related experience with Quality Assurance or Food Safety is helpful.
