Diesel Mechanic.  We are seeking experienced Diesel Mechanics with experience troubleshooting, maintaining, and repairing heavy duty diesel equipment.

Detailed Description

Diesel Mechanic.  We are currently seeking Diesel Mechanics and Technicians for 2 locations in the Green Bay Area.  These individuals are responsible for performing vehicle repair and maintenance work as assigned in accordance with in-house and manufacturers’ standards, which may include, but is not limited to:

* Determining vehicle condition by conducting inspections and diagnostic tests
* Correcting vehicle deficiencies by removing, repairing, adjusting, overhauling, assembling, disassembling, and replacing major assemblies, sub-assemblies, components, parts, or systems,
* Verifying vehicle performance by conducting test drives; adjusting controls and systems
* Complying with federal and state vehicle requirements by testing engine, safety, and combustion control standards
* Updating job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading technical and regulation publications
* Maintaining vehicle records by annotating services and repairs

Qualifications

Proven, hands on experience as Diesel Mechanics in a shop environment. Valid driver’s license with good driving record, have or be able to get a CDL.  Able to read, understand, & apply information from manuals & computer including troubleshooting documents.  Diagnostic skills/experience & attention to detail a must. Dependable, responsible team player with a positive attitude.  ASE Truck Certification a PLUS.
