Our client, a JIT, world leader in tire and wheel assemblies, is seeking a proven leader to join their organization as a Plant Manager.

Description

Direct and manage plant operations of 55 employees with overall responsibilities for production, maintenance, quality and other production-related activities.

* Manage expenses
* Control and minimize labor overtime, premium freight and repair expenses
* Provide leadership and training to accomplish the company goals and objectives
* Provides direction, development and leadership to production supervisors
* Responsible for managing implementation of the quality system
* Knowledge of material flow
* Must have excellent communication and leadership skills

Qualifications

Requirements Include:

* Bachelor’s degree in related field or five years plant/general management experience in a manufacturing environment.
* Background with manufacturing methods, process improvement programs and procedures required.
* Implement and manage TS system.
