Qualifications

We are now recruiting candidates that possess at least 2 years of experience as a Plant Manager, or similar role that has managerial experience.  A Bachelor’s degree would be a bonus, but not necessary.  Candidates must also possess a solid knowledge of production processes and production lines for a variety of industries such as machine or die shops.  Prior experience working in machine or die shop, CNC machinery, and building sheet metal dies are just some of the skills we are currently recruiting for.  These candidates must have excellent problem solving and decision making skills.
