Program Manager—Direct Hire!

Description

We have a fantastic Direct Hire opportunity for an experienced Program Manager!  This position is accountable for planning, directing and controlling the engineering support services which includes but is not limited to, defining, developing and launching all new programs, coordinating projects with other functional departments, simultaneous engineering with customers, customer engineering approvals, manufacturing and product engineering services assuring a profitable, cost effective and timely service to the customers and the operating plant.

Qualifications

Previous experience managing large scale, long term Programs from concept to delivery.  Automotive industry experience strongly desired.
Experience working cross functionally with Engineering, Quality, Purchasing and manufacturing Departments to complete objectives.
Heavy experience as a liaison and constant contact person for external customers.
Experience leading, developing, documenting and maintaining APQP documentation in an automotive environment.
Experience developing tooling and capital budgets including AR’s, Purchase orders, Central Die Quotes, Invoices, Tooling Completion Notices, along with reporting of spending projections and project cash flows.
