Description

MIG Welder - Prepares machine for production by performing machinery set-up with assistance. Loads and unloads machinery by lifting raw materials onto turn tables and induction machines in a timely manner; emptying machinery of finished product in a timely manner; triggering machine rotation. Engages in production by applying flux to tubes and engaging in the soldering/brazing process. Ensures quality by inspecting raw materials and completed parts for defects; cleaning and tubing and/or fittings. Maintains customer specifications by reading work orders to complete the number of parts ordered by customer; counting the number of parts completed. Ensures communication by receiving and following instructions; verbally discussing production issues with supervisor and co-workers; cooperating with all employees; documenting information in writing. Prepares documentation by completing required paperwork accurately and completely in a timely manner. Maintain safe and clean work environment by following all safety precautions; storing equipment properly; keeping area clean and organized. Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed; working independently.

Qualifications

Solid and verifiable Mig Welding experience with your own welding helmet. You must also be able to pass a pre-employment drug screen.
