Assistant Supervisor - This is a hands on position.
1. It is a front line leader position.
2. You are managing up to 20 people on either 1st or 2nd shift.
3. You are tracking time, attendance, and training on any given day.
4. You are multi-tasking on a daily basis!
5. It is managing the line sorters of a very fast paced environment!
6. It is ensuring the safety of all the employees
