Direct Hire Opportunity—Alloy Supervisor

Description

We are looking for a an experienced leader with an expertise in metal manufacturing.  This leader will be responsible for the manufacturing operations, directly managing production associates, control time, attendance, performance, daily floor 5S and safety.  They will also manage the human asset and workplace environment, ensure associates are trained to perform their jobs successfully, and implement and supervise continuous improvement projects. 

Qualifications

Associate’s degree in related field
3-5 years experience in metal manufacturing, foundry operations and/ or smelting environment Accuracy in production reporting and record keeping
Self motivated
* works well with minimal direction
Problem solving skills and ability to lead by example
