Manufacturing Process Supervisor—Direct Hire!!

Description

Our client is looking to expand their continuous improvement initiatives with the addition of a talented Manufacturing Process Supervisor.  This leader will be responsible for the manufacturing operations, directly managing production associates, control time, attendance, performance, daily floor 5S and safety.  They will also manage the human asset and workplace environment, ensure associates are trained to perform their jobs successfully, and implement and supervise continuous improvement projects. 

Qualifications

Associate’s degree in related field
3-5 years experience in a manufacturing environment with a focus on Manufacturing Processes
Accuracy in production reporting and record keeping
Self motivated
* works well with minimal direction
Problem solving skills and ability to lead by example
