Maintenance Supervisor—Direct Hire!

Description

We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Maintenance Leader who thrives in a fast paced, manufacturing environment!  The Maintenance Supervisor will supervise and coordinate activities of employees engaged in setting up, installing, repairing, and maintaining die cast machinery and equipment, and in fabricating metal parts and tools.  This person will also be responsible for overall direction, coordination and evaluation of the department.

Qualifications

Associate’s Degree or equivalent from 2-year College or Technical program.
2-4 years related leadership experience; above average leadership, planning, communication and supervisory skills.
Troubleshooting and repair experience with robotics, hydraulics, electronics, pneumatics and programming PLCs.
Ability to comprehend blueprints, technical repair manuals, electrical prints and ladder diagrams.
Manufacturing experience required.
Automotive die casting preferred.
