As a Sales Representative for Trillium Drivers you will be responsible for marketing truck driver staffing services to Light Industrial, Manufacturing, Commercial Warehouses, Food & Beverage, and Logistics/Transportation companies.  The ideal candidate will have a background in logistics or staffing along with a clear track record of delivering high sales achievements.  In this role you must be comfortable with cold calling, skilled at uncovering customers? needs, and outstanding at maintaining long-term customer relationships.  Having existing business relationships within the Chicago market is a definite plus.
This position includes a very attractive base salary, plus UNCAPPED residual commissions, mileage reimbursement, full health and dental insurance, 401K, and paid time off.  We are seeking local candidates only; therefore relocation assistance is not available.

Qualifications

BS/BA degree in Business, Marketing or a related field.

5-7+ years of Sales success in an Industrial or Manufacturing environment.

Strong prospecting and cold calling skills.

Prior Staffing or Logistics experience preferred, but not required.

Effective time and territory management skills.

Excellent organizational skills with the ability to set and prioritize goals.

Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Proficient with MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.

Good driving record.
