* GREAT NEW OPPORTUNITY to join a stable industry within a reasonable commuting distance from our Kalamazoo branch!  Our client seeks a top-notch Inside/Outside Sales Rep.  The successful candidate may start on a 90-day trial hire basis however there is potential for direct-hire consideration as well.  If you are currently employed but looking for a fresh start for the new year don’t rule this one out! This position requires strong analytical skills to understand pricing relative to the cost of raw materials and the relation to profitability.  Communication with other departments is multi-directional - particularly engineering as you will be appreciated for your input regarding product decisions.  Experience and understanding of precision tools, the plastics industry, and/or tool and die industries is required.  Solid salary and benefit package! Qualifications

3-5 years of Sales Experience required
Industrial background with knowledge or the plastics industry and an understanding of precision tool and die
Ability to travel (average 10-12 trips per year)
Ability to attend trade shows
Great oral and written communication skills
Prior experience with the MS Office software including Excel and sales applications
Familiar with ISO or TS certification
College or trade-school experience a plus!
