Brake Press Operator/Group Leader

Description

Brake Press Operator/Group Leader - Hands on operator with group leader responsibilities. Provides leadership and instruction to operators, and work with shipping to provide a quality part for on time delivery. Will also 1st part check (quality).  Requirements include: Must be able to read tape measure. Use squares and calipers. Set up a plus but not mandatory. Must have experience operating a brake press. Must also have basic computer operating knowledge. Must read blue prints. Must also be able to lift up to 75 lbs as needed. Employee must provide his/her own tape measure. Analytical, organizational, supervisory, interpersonal, technical must be proactive in thinking.  Hourly rate to $18 depending on experience.
