Immediate opening for an Application Support Specialist in Green Bay!

Description

Application Support Specialist needed to resolve client’s questions, problems and requests in the areas of software and applications issues.  This person will be assisting the Technical Support team with issues that would normally be resolved by the Software Development team.  Coding is going to be a large portion of this role to identify the solution to the issue.

This is a full-time opportunity with a company looking for a permanent team member!

Qualifications

At least two years of Software Development experience.
Understanding of code, network and operating systems.
Knowledgeable of VB.Net and SQL Server.
Two year degree or industry certification preferred.
Experience working in a manufacturing environment helpful to better assist customer’s inquiries.
Ability to efficiently handle multiple projects simultaneously.
Great customer service skills and strives in team environment.
