CES Inc. has an indefinite opportunity available with our client, a navigation and infotainment systems manufacturer, for a Software Engineer.

Description

The Software Engineer will develop connected applications for mobile platforms.

Qualifications

- BSEE / BSCS degree.
- 8+ years Software Engineering background or Equivalent.
- Automotive, telecommunications, or cellular industry experience preferred.
- CIC++, Java, and/or scripting languages (Lua, Python, JavaScript, etc.).
- Experience developing connected applications for mobile platforms.
- Full understanding of multi-threaded programming concepts.
- Self-motivated with a solid understanding of software engineering practices and all aspects of software Lifecycle and architectural design.
- Broad technical background with a good understanding of Bluetooth, WiFi, wireless communication technologies.
- Practical experience in related areas such as system design, software design and real time embedded applications.
