Trillium Construction Services is currently seeking a talented, proven Sales Representative for an opportunity to excel in the Charlotte and surrounding areas!

Trillium Construction Services has a great opportunity for a proven Sales Representative who is looking to make the next move in their professional development. We are looking for an experienced sales representative who has proven experience in developing new business, understands how important customer service is to the client, and how to grow revenue in a highly competitive industry.  If you have enjoyed growing a business while helping to further develop a team, this position is for you!  Prior Staffing Industry Experience or Equipment Rental experience a plus!, Light Industrial or Transportation sectors is a STRONG PLUS!!!

Personal Production Responsibilities:
- Develops a sales strategy for the market that ensures attainment of company sales goals and profitability.
- Build and maintain an account portfolio of clients and prospects with top employers and business segments in the local market.
- Execute and manage daily business development activities including: inside phone sales, client visits and proposals, and national marketing campaigns.
- Recruit, interview, market and effectively place skilled trades, light industrial, & CDL Drivers with top companies in the market.
- Prepare bids or client proposals for clients as necessary.  Follows up on bids or proposals submitted to clients to determine whether job orders can be filled.
- Completes required sales reports in a timely manner as determined by management.  Reviews sales plans and results with Branch Manager on a weekly basis.

Qualifications

- 3-5 years of experience in territory sales or sales management (i.e. Equipment Rental Sales, Tool Sales, etc.)


STAFFING INDUSTRY experience is a STRONG PLUS!
- Strong personal sales ability including objection management and closing skills.
- Must have the ability to be flexible and multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
- Clear verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills.
- Demonstrated problem-solving skills.
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to work independently and carry out daily agenda with limited supervision.
- Ability to work in a team environment.
- Frequent travel to client sites and networking functions.
- Must possess a current driver’s license and personal automobile insurance.
