Description

A Project Manager is needed for a major auto supplier. The candidate will Lead the Technical Cost Reduction efforts for the vehicle Progam Management Team. The will also be responsible for developing cost reduction strategies that engage all functions within the company.

Qualifications

- BS (Bachelor’s of Science) Engineering
- 5 years experience.
- Project management experience
-Automotive OEM component design, release. launch experience (concept, development, and/or testing exeperience is a plus).
- Experience working with cross-functional vehicle teams, e.g. Design Staff, Purchasing, - Manufacturing, Finance, Product Engineering, etc..
- Excellent communication (written and oral) and presentation skills.
- Intermediate knowledge of MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook)
- PMP certification
- Lotus Notes
- MS Project
- MS or MBA
