2nd Shift Supervisor with a strong manufacturing background.

We are actively recruiting for a 2nd Shift Supervisor with a very strong manufacturing background to join our client’s growing team! They are experiencing tremendous growth and are now seeking new team members to join the organization.  Training will be on 1st shift, but will switch to 2nd shift after training period has ended. Currently they have 5-6 employees on 2nd shift which would be supervised. The Supervisor may have to assist in actual production as needed (running machines, driving hi-lo, etc.).

Qualifications

Minimum 3 years of experience in BOTH Supervisory and manufacturing experience is necessary for this position. Must have great communication skills and a willingness to help develop a solid team. Needs to understand the sense of urgency in manufacturing while being quality minded.
