Trillium is currently seeking an experienced Industrial Maintenance Manager to supervise and coordinate associates in setting up, repairing, and maintaining machinery and equipment.

Our take charge Manager will oversee production schedules, enforce workplace safety, analyze, resolve, and assist Maintenance/ Robot Tech Associates in solving work problems. In addition, you will work closely with the General Manager in recommending measures to improve production methods, equipment performance, and quality of product as well as suggests changes in working conditions and use of equipment to increase efficiency of your team. Qualifications

Qualifications:
BA/BS desired
-Five to ten years related experience and/or training
-Three to five years leadership experience in a maintenance function required. 
-Understanding of employee scheduling, discipline and training.
-Excellent electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic knowledge, an understanding of MIOSHA and other applicable laws.
-Capability to recruit, train, motivate and evaluate departmental personnel.
