CES Inc. has an opportunity available with our client, a large automotive manufacturer,  for a Software Release Coordinator.

Description

The Software Release Coordinator will be responsible for Coordination of Software planning and tasks for electric motor control system for automotive use.

Qualifications

- MS. / BS. degree or equivalent in electrical / mechatronic / computer engineering, preferably with a focus on control algorithms.
- 1 year experience in Automotive or Industrial applications, preferably on electric powertrain applications.
- Well organized, self motivated and good communication skills.
- Basic knowledge of automotive electric powertrain, principles of electrical motors, power electronics.
- Proficient with software development processes and quality control.
- Understanding of microcontrollers and embedded software architecture.
- Ability to review Simulink Control algorithms for functionality and software quality.
- Proficient PC skills with including word processing and spreadsheet software.
- Good oral, presentation, and written communication skills.
- Ability to work well in a team, as well as with possible vendors.
- Willingness to travel both domestically and internationally.
