Description

Creates purchase orders for the acquisition of materials for Corporate Services. Researches, interviews, and negotiates with suppliers to obtain prices and specifications. Provides routine administrative support for purchasing function.  Completes reports and other administration tasks within SAP purchasing system.  Analyzes purchasing activity.

Qualifications

Requires a 4 year college degree with two years of experience in the purchasing field or in a related area. Experience in production and inventory control are important. SAP knowledge is preferred, Microsoft Office, strong verbal and written communication skills and solid team based leadership and decision making skills.
