Description

Customer Service Representative: Handling calls from customers regarding shipments. Resolving issues relating to shipping and receiving, billing and invoicing and other duties as assigned. Must be able to communicate effectively with customers and coworkers. Must have experience with spreadsheets and databases.  Will be out on the dock floor as needed as well.  Attendance, Accuracy, and Attittude are critical

Qualifications

Must pass a 5 panel drug screen and have experience in warehouse along with customer service
