Trillium Staffing in Paris is seeking a Recruiter to work full-time Monday-Friday.  The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, evaluating, and maintaining an available pool of qualified, field staff employees with the marketable skills necessary to meet our client needs and fill their open orders. He/she will act as a liaison between the field staff employee, the branch office, and the client to ensure that high quality placement services are being provided. A job-share opportunity for two strong part-time candidates will also be considered!

Qualifications

Strong decision-making abilities.
Attention to detail!
High school diploma or GED.  Some college courses in business-related field helpful.
Associate’s Degree or equivalent experience preferred.
Previous temporary staffing/recruiting experience and/or 2 years of related experience in a service industry.
Computer literate with a working knowledge of Windows-based programs.
Excellent organizational skills and ability to independently plan and carry out daily agenda with limited supervision.
Proven ability to multi-task, remain organized, and meet deadlines.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Excellent interpersonal, customer service, and telephone skills.
