Description

Quality Inspector Duties will include inspecting set up jobs and inspecting incoming product from suppliers, as well as performing in process audits on parts. The funciton of the Quality Inspector is to provide and perform inspection on prodution, receiving, shipping, and reworked material using precision measuring equipment, granit plate and opticla comparators. Successful candidate should demonstrate knowledge of CMM,SPC, Gage calibration, GD&T postional tolerancing, and blueprint interpretation. Should have good math skill and be detail oriented. Computer literacy must be at a level of competence to enable accessing and completing necessary documents and or forms.  Quality Inspectors must know: 1.How to interpret drawings, dimenisons, and views of a part. 2. How to use calipers, height gage, mircrometer, and angle gage. 3. Proper technique to load parts onto inspection tables. 4. Operating and programming portable CMM
