Support Human Resources / Employee Relations Workforce Reporting and business analytics.
Qualifications
Bachelor Degree. Working Knowledge of Cognos Impromptu and Power Play Cubes. Experience in building cubes, drafting reports, and analyzing data output. Work with cross functional teams to define business requirements and translate data into reporting parameters Generate standard and ad-hoc Reports and apply business analytics for: workforce reporting, UAW negotiations, compensation analysis, organization planning, absenteeism, demographics statistics, retirement eligibility, workforce forecast, benchmark surveys, etc.
