General Laborer/ Electricians Helper
Requirements:
* Commercial/ Industrial Electrical experience/ education preferred
* Mechanical/ electrical/ construction capacity-ability to comprehend construction process
* Must be hard working, dependable and able to initiate asking for assistance and clarification on instructions; as needed
* Must be willing to travel; sometimes up to 3 weeks at a time
* Ability to read commercial building blue prints, electrical control schematics, single line diagrams or capacity and willingness to train
* Willing to assist with other maintenance issues related to building operations.
* Knowledge of wire sizing and color coding
* Electrician hand tools and measuring instruments
* Must be able to follow verbal instructions to implement steps as directed by Crew Leader
* Must meet the requirements for placement

Company Information:
1. DRESS CODE: Solid color cotton pocket tee’s and cotton ONLY pants (safety requirement)
2. TOOLS: Employee must have all tools on Mandatory list to start
3. PAID HOLIDAYS: customer will pay eligible employees for holidays during trial to hire period for the following: Employee has worked at least 30 days New Years Day, Memorial Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving and Christmas Day are recognized by the company.
4. HEALTH INSURANCE: Once hired direct; the company pays up to $130.00/ mo. For the employee premium.
5. PAID VACATION: After working direct for 1 year = 5 days, and then an additional day added for every additional year worked, no limit on the amount to be earned
6. PAY: $9.00 - $12.00/hr. DOE

Functions: (Inclusive and not limited to)
Complete tasks as directed by the Crew Leader. The ability to install, troubleshoot, repair and install systems related to commercial building.
Maintain quality standards in the following areas:
* Completion and timeliness of new installation/ upgrades to electrical system(s) to the specifications given by the crew leader
* Cleanliness of the worksite
* Minimization of disruption to customer’s primary business operations
* Courtesy and public relations between crew, customer and general public

Qualifications
