Description

Customer Service is the first line of contact with our customers.  The majority of the contact is phone and email.  The role of the customer service person is to gather the necessary information surrounding a particular job and organize it into a job ticket or work order so that it can be passed along to other departments throughout the company for completion.  The customer service person becomes the primary contact for specific projects
* most are ongoing and happen daily, weekly, and/ or monthly.

Qualifications

The required skill set would be:
Effectively communicates with internal and external customers
Excels in a fast paced environment
Able to work independently as well as cross departmentally
Proficient in Microsoft office tools including Word, Excel, Outlook
Ability to comprehend the scope of the role and where that role fits in the overall success of the company
Strong attention to detail
Ability to handle multiple projects at one time


Other helpful skills or knowledge:
Customer service experience in a production environment
Exposure to printing or mailing
Any experience with data files
