Description
? Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering
* 5 or more years applicable experience
* Ability to design using one or more cad software: Catia, Ideas, Unigraphics
* Ability to use Flow Works or Fluent
* Advanced overall computer skills including Microsoft Software
* Word, Excel, Project, Power Point and Outlook.
* Strong oral, written and organizational skills
* Experience with OEM systems and terminology
* Thorough knowledge in designing plastic, over-molded and metal parts
* Must have developed at least 5 products from conception through production; demonstrated
* Individual must be a fully self sufficient engineer knowing all facets of the product
* Capable of providing technical assistance to less experience engineers
* Product development experience with automotive air outlets, cup holders, and other related mechanical products
* Strong tooling knowledge for related products
* Reports to the Engineering Manager
