Seeking candidates with full charge bookkeeping, strong general ledger and job costing skills. Average 30 hours per week with possible potential for full-time. Strong in working with work in process, general ledger, new software implementation experience, Excel & Word & Outlook skill sets imperative. May also assist with phones, mail, Excel work, time cards, attendance documentation, making copies, filing, utilize adding machine, able to transfer calls and answer multi-line phone. Assist HR and payroll where needed. Will assist with payroll and accounting functions/duties. Must have solid computer skills, be self-directed, able to learn quickly. May greet visitors. Seeking candidates who are very personable, friendly and professional.

Qualifications
