Description
Maintenance Technician - This position requires the individual to be self-motivated, active, and attentive to details. The qualified individual would also need to be computer literate; automation experience would be a plus. Training: - 3 1/2 years minimum experience based on 40 hours per week in maintenance position. Extremely experienced with hydraulic and pneumatic valves a must. Ability to work with 12 volt-480 3-phase electrical. Fork Lift driving. Ability to use air, hand, and power tools. Read blue prints-machine related. Additional Requirements: Journeyman license/certification. PLC Allan Bradley or Siemens. RS Logic. Punctuality and reliability a must. Ability to work as a team or independently. Job Duties including but not limited to: Check Oil. Safety of Machines. Boiler Blow down. Tank line inspection-crane and chain strength and ability-record findings. Change filter as needed on boiler. Repair
* check safety of forklifts. Check drains on roof. Maintain records both by hand and electronically. Maintain grounds and building of the entire facility. Physical Requirements: Ability to lift 75-100 lbs. No fear of heights. Need to be able to climb. Use Scissor lift and fork lift as needed. Pay range $14-$17 per hour.
