Job Description
Responsible for the coordination, implementation and completion of projects. Oversees all aspects of projects. Develop, plan, direct, coordinate, estimate, budget, set deadlines, assign responsibilities, monitor and review projects. Participate in developing and acquiring new projects. Prepares reports for upper management regarding status of project. Hires, assigns and terminates all assigned employees. Supervises, leads and directs Project Superintendant, Project Foremen, Quality Control Manager, and Lowboy Truck Drivers. Represent the contractor and its philosophies in the public and to its employees. Follow the guidelines set out by management. Represent, implement and enforce the policies including safety policies and procedures established by contractor, and perform additional tasks as directed by direct supervisor.

Qualifications
Requirements:
* Valid driver’s license
* Communication and negotiation skills
* Leadership and Problem Solving skills
* Familiar with a variety of the field’s concepts, practices, and procedures
* Computer Skills
* Knowledge of:
o HeavyBid
o HeavyJob
Responsibilities:
1. Schedule, coordinate and assign projects, suppliers, subcontractors, equipment and personnel
2. Participate in estimating work
3. Obtain all applicable project permits and licenses
4. Notifies all applicable agencies regarding construction, including one call
5. Hold project meetings
a. Post Bid
b. Pre Construction
c. Regularly scheduled
d. Post Construction
6. Communicate with the Project Superintendant/Project Foremen the details and issues of the project on a daily basis
7. Communicate with the CEO status of all projects as needed.
8. Hire, Direct, Evaluate, Discipline and train subordinates
9. Hire all crew members
10. Approve all terminations of crew members for subordinate management
11. Prepare reports and billings for projects
12. Review/approve project expenses
Compensation: Annual Salary with bonus based on company and individual performance
