Electrical Service Technician

Description

Electronics/Electrical Technician with trouble shooting capabilities to work with a company who services oil companies and works with fuel handling systems.  This position’s skill requirements are parallel to someone in the HVAC industry. Ideal candidate will be able to trouble-shoot, great with customer service, and have a clean driving record.  Company seeks a trainee who they can invest in. The successful applicant may be someone who has had electrical maintenance experience or a year of technical school or someone who is good with their hands - perhaps has a hobby of building/working on a race car.  PC technical skills are required - everything from troubleshooting p.c. hard drive problems to reloading software - but the position also requires you to work outside and not be afraid to get your hands dirty and to be exposed to various weather conditions. 24 on-call rotation 7 days per week, working hours could easily reach 45-50 hrs per week.  You would be serving a large territory in MI so occasional overnight trips may be required.
