Staffing Recruiter with experience in recruiting manufacturing and skilled trades employees.

Description

Staffing Recruiter needed for busy Trillium office.  This person will be responsible for developing, evaluating, and maintaining an available pool of qualified, field staff employees with the marketable skills necessary to meet client needs. He/she will act as a liaison between the field staff employee, the branch office, and the client to ensure that high quality service is being provided.  This position is full-time Monday-Friday and other hours as client needs demand.

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED required.
Associate’s Degree or equivalent experience preferred.
Previous temporary staffing/recruiting experience preferred.
Experience recruiting in a manufacturing setting with ability to recruit talented skilled trades employees - such as CNC programmers and machine operators preferred.
Computer literate with a working knowledge of Windows-based programs.
Excellent organizational skills and ability to independently plan and carry out daily agenda with limited supervision.
Proven ability to multi-task, remain organized, and meet deadlines.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Excellent interpersonal, customer service, and telephone skills.
Strong sense of urgency to fill open orders quickly and with quality employees.
