Energy Engineer - BS Electrical or Mechanical Engineering degree is required.

Description

Assist assembly plants in optimizing energy used by processes, machines and equipment to minimize energy loss during production and non- production periods.  Will also assist the Manufacturing Engineering organization in developing energy efficient standards and specifications, so that new facilities, processes, machines, and equipment for assembly plants will use less energy than those processes and facilities that they replace.

Qualifications

Must be very skilled with Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint. At least five years of experience and knowledge about automotive assembly plants.  Must have strong working knowledge about automotive paint shops and associated processes such as color spray booths, air handling units and ovens.  Knowledge about other facets of an assembly plant operations is preferred.  BS Electrical or Mechanical Engineering. Minimum 5 years experience.
