Detailed Description

Controls Engineer. 
1.Project leadership skills with a proven ability to manage in-house personnel, project
subcontractors and component suppliers utilizing effective time/resource/cost management tools.
2. A philosophy of
*mill worthiness? in the development and design of control systems for application in industrial environments.
3. Proven ability to conduct in-field start-up and trouble shooting while managing the activities of subcontractors and support personnel.             
4. Flexibility with a desire to function at all functional and cross-functional levels.
5. A willingness to travel both domestically and internationally.

Qualifications

B.S. degree in Electrical Engineering
PLC programming experience on Allen-Bradley hardware platforms
H.M.I. programming and configuration experience utilizing A-B Panelview, RS View.
(Experience with others GUI interface programs such as Wonderware a plus.)
Proven electrical engineering and control system design ability including Schematics, PLC I/O layouts, panel and circuit layouts, power distribution systems and P. & I.D. control loop development.
Experience in drive programming and trouble-shooting for A/C vector, servo and DC drive systems.
Direct experience with pneumatic and hydraulic fluid power controls and components a plus.
Direct experience with winding, calendaring and roll handling equipment applicable to paper and other web handling industries a plus.
