Qualifications

Overview:
Directly supervise and coordinate activities at a storm, sewer, water utility project. Perform basic principles of budget preparation and control. May also engage in the same construction trades as work that is being supervised.
Primary Responsibilities:
Oversee the quality assurance and control of the project. Must have knowledge and experience with storm, sewer, and water utility projects and equipment. Keep accurate and up to date records of expenses and progress of project from start to finish. Plan, schedule and assign daily work projects and prepare reports relative to the completion of projects. Act as safety liason, ensuring the work is conducted in a safe and orderly fashion.
