Detailed Description
Customer Service Representative position located in Wixom, MI. Must be very upbeat/personable and detail oriented with good problem solving abilities. Will be taking calls and working in a dispatch capacity. Will place follow up calls to various locations, work with invoicing and reports. The hours are 8 to 5 in the office; however the average hours are about 42- 43 hours a week, depending on the customers and work load. The hours may also be 7:30 to 5:30 depending on workload. May require on call duties on occasion. Must have solid MS Word and Excel 2003 skills and have excellent internet navigation skills. Will be working with PDF files and photo attachments. Must have strong keyboarding and data-entry skills and have ability to learn internal software program and use proficiently after time. Must be able to type at least 50 wpm and be able to pass drug test.
Qualifications
Recent customer service experience. Must have strong keyboarding and data-entry skills and have ability to learn internal software program and use proficiently after time.
