Powertrain Controls Engineer - multiple openings!

Our transmission controls and diagnostics development team has an opportunity to provide exciting and challenging assignments to experienced transmission systems / controls engineers in the areas of:  Integration of transmission controls into Vehicle / Powertrain overall; Transmission OBD, failsafe and reliability.

Qualifications

Good overall knowledge of transmission control systems. Experience in standard controls tools, modeling/simulation/development/testing/validation. Outstanding interpersonal and problem solving skills. A quick study, but one who is not afraid to ask for the help and support of the team. A BS in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering is required. Advanced degree strongly desired. Minimum 2 years of experience in transmission controls or systems. Highly motivated individual who is also a self-starter. Must be able to work with multiple disciplines (mechanical, electrical and controls). A knowledge of MATLAB / SimuLink is desired. BS in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering is required. Minimum 2 years of experience in transmission controls or systems.
