Detailed Description

Experience working in an IT Help Desk environment required.  Need to be able to work any shift.  Must be flexible and able to handle interactions will a levels of customers in and outside the organization. 

Qualifications

At least 2 years prior experience in an IT Help desk position.  Be prepared to work any shift.  Other requirements are

* Bachelors Degree Or High School
* Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer. (desired)
* Service Desk Experience.
* Ability to work in a professional manner, be flexible, and handle interactions with all levels of the organization and with external clients. Good written and verbal communications skills are required
* Excellent Team Player.
* Unix: Experience on Unix Administration.
* Excellent Customer handling skills.
