    Qualifications

    Journeyman - 8-10 years commercial/industrial experience
    Top-Helpers - 5-8 years commercial/industrial experience
    Helpers - 3-5 years commercial/industrial experience
    Possess all PPE (hard hat, workboots, safety glasses, gloves and reflective safety vest
