Description
Laser Operator
Responsibilities:
* Ability to lift 100 lbs
* Must possess skills to read and understand computer programs and to be able to change these programs
* Able to read and interpret inspection tools
* Must be able to inspect first piece of run to ensure product matches customer requirements
* Must have personal gages calibrated by company prior to usage
* Check Machine fro proper and safe operation
* Check for proper material
* Check percentage of parts for proper dimensions
* State and/or band parts
* Move parts to next operation
* Dump scrap and general clean up
* Report any unconformities to quality
* Performs any other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
* Must show mechanical background
* Must be able to read and interpret blueprints
* Must be able to read inspection instruments, tape, rule, square, calipers, etc..
* Must be able to read and understand CNC programs and manuals
Company possesses Mazak and 2000 and 3000 Watt Amada Lasers
Qualifications
Past experience and ability to work 1st shift
