Data Entry/ Purchasing Support

Description

Data Entry/ Purchasing Support.  We are looking for someone to help out in our purchasing department.  This person will be doing data entry, tracking purchase orders using excel spreadsheets, working with suppliers by phone and email, and communicating with customers on the status of their orders.

Qualifications

Experience supporting purchasing functions in a manufacturing environment.
Good communication skills over the phone and through email
Experience working with customers and suppliers
Good MS Office skills including outlook, word and excel
