Description

The NVH Engineer should have a BSME degree required, MSME degree prefered, plus 5 years of vehicle development and/or 5 years NVH (Noise, Vibration, and Harshness) background through testing, analysis, school work, etc. Background with any of the following:  FWD transmissions, PTUs, FWD/AWD Powertrain architectures, rear differentials. The ideal candidate will have the ability to work with a high level of program complexity. Experience with target setting and product development/design to that identified target. Experience with data collection and analysis within LMS Test Lab and ArtemiS software packages. NVH Root Cause Analysis.     

Responsibilities:

- Will be responsible for working with NVH Vehicle teams, P/T NVH Teams, component release engineers, and suppliers. 
- Through out the life of the program this engineer will perform benchmarking studies, set product NVH targets, then develop and test the product to meet those NVH targets. 
- Target setting and product development/design to that identified target.
- Collect and analyze data within LMS Test Lab and ArtemiS software packages.

Qualifications

- BSME degree.
- Five years experience.
