Description

Lead the Human Machine Interface (HMI) design for the next generation Radio Headunit (VP3).This position will be responsible for designing and releasing HMI Logic and Flow, validating design through User Interface Testing, creating associated Standard Operating Procedures to capture Best Practices, and tracking and resolving issues amongst the various engineering and Design Office teams.  Additional responsibilities include Cognitive HMI system interaction with other areas of the vehicle.

Qualifications

Minimum 3 years Experience. Ability to maintain good organization and meet deadlines amongst many inputs and changing feature content is a must. Must possess strong communication skills to all levels of management (both written and oral).  Must also be able to write and conduct User Interface Testing using HMI protocol. Engineering (ME, IE, EE, CE)  or Psychology, Phsyiology, Human Kinetics, or Biomechanics. Specialty in Ergonomics, Human Factors, Cognitive Systems, User Interface Design.

Preferred qualifications: Working knowledge of Visio and AAM Driver Distraction Guidelines.  Working knowledge of JACK, UG, or Catia V5 a plus.
