Process Audit Engineer - must have BS in Engineering and 2 years of presentation experience.
Detailed Description
Perform root cause analysis of quality issues. Recommend and implement simple cost - effective permanent corrective actions. Analyze quality data from internal and external indicators to ensure calibration. Help production with problem solving and developing standardized work for production operators. Perform data analysis to identify special and common cause problems. Communicate Quality data results to Quality and Plant Management. Using Microsoft Office software (e.g Excel) to create checksheet templates and populate data. Under the guidance of Quality Engineers, perform analysis of data. Create reports using existing templates or create new templates. Maintain the “Project Room” and visually display data for management reviews. Generate Powerpoint presentations. Assist Management, Mgrs write procedures. Maintain Manufacturing Quality (MQ) internal document databases to store and retrieve
data. Assist Manufacturing Quality with new model launch meetings, preparations, logistics, presentations.
Qualifications
MS Office; Good communication and interpersonal skills; Application of problem solving tools; Self Motivated, Ability to Assume Lead; BS in Engineering; 2 years of presentation experience.
