7 or more years of soft I/P design development experience
Processes include
Female / male vacform
Cast skin and foam
Spray Urethane
Cut and sew
Lamination techniques
Experience include the design development and launch of successful soft I/P programs.
Candidate should have a minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering and have a knowledge of FEA, DFMEA, DVP and other related engineering disciplines.
