BS in Electrical Engineering (or Computer Engineering, Computer Science). VLC (Steeplechase), PLC, Allen Bradley RSLogix, Mitsubishi GX Developer, Siemens Step 7, Win CC Flex, Win CC Scada, Visual Basic 6, VB.NET, MS SQL, Profibus, Ethernet. Siemens PLC is most important but not mandatory.
