Description

Seeking high energy sales people.  This is 80% inside sales and 20% outside sales.  Must be competitive and extremely aggressive.  Business to business sales only; however, high volume sales.  You will be on the phone closing deals all day long.  If you are scared of no, this is not your job.  We have little turn over and very successful employees.  Low salary but very aggressive high commissions.  Good benefits package.


Duties and responsibilities:

Promote Trillium Construction Services to clients by determining andimplementing appropriate marketing and sales techniques for industry andregion, including client visits, appointments and cold calls.

Evaluate market conditionsand ensure candidate inventory population stays at appropriate levels toaccommodate anticipated client demand. Develop staffing strategies whendeficiencies are identified.

Maintain ongoingrelationships with candidates not currently on assignment.

Qualify candidates byconducting telephone and in-person interviews to obtain work history,education, training, job skills, and salary requirements.

Negotiate appropriatecontract terms, pay rates, bill rates, and fees for incoming job orders.

Ensure client expectationsregarding job orders are set and maintained.

Analyze client requirementsagainst qualifications of candidates and match the best candidate with clientneeds.

Supervise and managecandidates on assignment; counsel and discipline candidates; be directlyinvolved in termination decisions.

Conduct follow-up activitieswith clients to ensure customer satisfaction and delivery by candidate ofexpected services.

Identify new job orderopportunities through client contacts and consultants via candidate marketingand relationship building.

Identify customer needs; becontinuously alert and responsive to changing customer business environment andneeds.

Engage in quality assurance,candidate retention and extension, lead generation, re-marketing and assignmentend.

Develop and execute dailyplan.
