Tool Design Engineer

Responsibilities:
* Working with general tool engineering practices and concepts in accordance with ANSI, geometric tolerance standards.
* General design, development and knowledge of sheet metal, castings, plastics, tooling and molds utilizing hydraulics, pneumatics, electrical systems, and CNC programming back a plus
* Working with a large variety of products and customer requirements

Qualifications:
* Must have experience utilizing Pro/ENGINEER CAD software
* Should possess an AAS or equivalent
* Self-motivated
* Exceptional mechanical aptitude and communication skills

Minimum Requirements
1. 3 yrs previous tooling design history utilizing Pro/Engineer software package.
2. Must be willing to work overtime, up to 60 hrs per week
3. Must be flexible in work hours
4. Must have excellent mechanical aptitude and prior experience in manufacturing environment
5. Positive attitude, team player

Preferred Experience
1. Experience with Pro/Engineer WF4.0
2. Pnuematic/Hydraulic/Electrical Design experience
3. Robotic Integration Experience
4. Agricultural or Construction equipment manufacturing experience

Qualifications

Must have Pro-E experience
